All About Me, The Founder, Patsy Williams

Patsy's Kitchen Ltd, which is trading as Jerky Fridays, is the brainwave of me, Patsy Williams. I was at home thinking about a takeaway that delivers Caribbean food (long before the likes of Ubereats, Deliveroo & Justeat came about) and realised there was nothing on the market that provided this kind of service at that time. I then began to wonder if I could deliver such a service to a range of customers. Starting a business was something that I had never done before. I was both excited and nervous at the same time. I also had to think about my existing family and work committments and whether or not I could do it all!  So I decided to hold a family meeting. After discussing my plans with my close friends and family members, they all encouraged me to follow my dreams and I've never looked back since. I would like Patsy's Kitchen Ltd to firstly expand throughout South London and then to become a London-wide venture. Maybe even expand further afield. I am confident that with God's help and blessings that my vision WILL become a reality one day. I am already seeing the fruits of my hard work , vision and determination becoming my reality.

A final note... In July 1997 (many years ago) I went with a friend on holiday to Florida USA.  We visited Cypress Gardens and I purchased a wall tile that said PAT'S KITCHEN.  At that time (before I even had my two chilldren) I had no aspirations to have my own business let alone for it to be one where I would be cooking.  "Man cannot destroy what GOD has ordained..."
